8-Class On-Ramp Program:

Cost: $149 ($50 Credit will be applied to the first month when you join)
- This is NOT a CrossFit trial, but a required, introductory course that will allow you to become familiar with the different movements, as well as, get a taste of what CrossFit Rockland is all about prior to joining our regular classes.
- Classes are 1 hr in duration. They start and end on time.
- Class Curriculum: covers the basic warm-up and the fundamental movements of CrossFit: squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift hi-pull, kettlebell swing, hang power clean, hang power snatch, and more.
- Dates and times are set and cannot be changed.
- Any missed On-Ramp Classes must be made up via a 30-min private training session (at $30) before attending the next scheduled class (the curriculum is a progression).
- Class Structure: group warm-up, group skill training, group workout.
- Can be repeated if needed.
